Hull Bottom: Planking fair and smooth. Bottom is free of damage from marine life, with sacrificial wormshoe fitted at the keel. All bottom throughhull fittings are bronze. Superstructure: Trunk cabin forward with escape hatch atop. Wheelhouse has been converted to single level (sedan style), octagonal forward with opening vents, cabin entries each side with sliders and raised sills, sliding windows, double doors aft. 30A shorepower receptacle is starboard aft (another added). Flying Bridge: Accessible by ladder aft, with solid deck/cabin top, wingdecks arranged for rainwater retrieval, led to freshwater tanks at the lazarette (separate potable system in place). Wooden cowl forward with venturi windshield atop, helm to starboard, LP storage under cabinet to port, and vented to the exterior. Fore and aft sheltered by canvass Bimini with stainless bows, in good condition with enclosure curtains, plus full top. Interior: Freshly finished with painted decks with non-skid finish, painted bulkheads, original teak cabinets and trim varnished. Forepeak: Ropelocker forward with ropetubes overhead. Separate storage is provided for rode, and chain. Stateroom with v-berth, over storage. Hanging locker is to port aft. Head closure starboard side with shower and lavatory, electric toilet. Main Cabin: With helm starboard forward, with engine controls and complete instrumentation. Electrical panels are situated at the console. Galley is to port, I-shaped with range outboard and icebox aft, sink with overboard drain. Saloon furnished with canvas covered convertible seating and occasional tables. Head closure is to port aft, with lavatory and toilet. Hanging locker is to starboard, double doors aft with sill. Machinery Space: with fuel tankage each side forward, vented and fills extended to deck, feeds valved. Waste holding tank is to starboard, equipped with y-valve for overboard or tank discharge, and tank with deckplate or macerator/valved overboard discharge. Engine beds are secured in place with steel floors or bracketing. Starting batteries (8D) are located at centerline in a sealed box with cover, additional house banks (2 x 6V) aft of each engine, with main switches provided. Heart Interface is mounted at the aft bulkhead starboard side, utilized for 110VAC supply from the 12VDC Aft Bilge: Open area abaft the engine room extending to the lazarette bulkhead, arranged and utilized for open storage. Salt treated timbers support the deck overhead. Strut and shaft log doublers each show signs of epoxy hardening/repair, apparently satisfactory. Additional waste holding tank is to port, with similar plumbing arrangement as forward. Potable water tank is to starboard. Lazarette: With line storage in bin centerline forward. Stainless water tanks each side, apparently satisfactory/serviceable. Exhausts this area appear satisfactory, flexible sections double-clamped. Steering system with cable drawn quadrant. Rudder stocks are reinforced with steel yokes/braces (starboard replaced with stainless yoke 2001).

| Subject vessel has been extensively rebuilt, converted from a double-cabin to a sedan-style trawler with appearance similar to EUROPA style by same builder. Vessel appears to be well constructed. Seams have all been sealed externally with poly-sulfide, with no signs of leaking apparent. | |
