GALLEY

The galley is light and airy and features corian countertops with mahogany fiddles and plenty of cabinets.  The galley is open to the pilothouse so the cook is not isolated from the "action."

Sink:  Stainless with Moen swivel faucet with (3) water options
  (1) Hot and cold pressure freshwater

  (2) Whale Gusher foot pump, hot and cold freshwater

  (3) Separate pressure saltwater faucet with pump and foot switch.

Countertops:  Corian with mahogony fiddles

Stove:  Kenyon 219 2-burner, stainless with positive latch off-on controls, stainless side panel

Refrigeration:  Norcold AC/DC compressor refrigerator fitted to custom built stainless-steel icebox with
external off-on and temperature control 
Propane Tanks:  (2) Aluminum,  in sealed cockpit locker with valve operated by Marinex 580, remote control. The remote is located in the galley on master panel for easy use

BERTHING

The v-berth has two singles.

The pilothouse starboard settee converts into a berth. 

The cockpit has two full-length wide seats with thick cushions which make comfortable berths, and are often first choice, especially in fair weather.

  (2): Fortress FX 23 15 lb aluminum anchor with mud plate, chain and rhode

Windlass:  Vetrus Electric Alexander II with chain pawl and rope gypsy, manual handle (770 lbs.

Anchoring is facilitated by a custom fabricated bow eye.  This system held a sister Sea Sailer through four hurricanes with no damage.

NAV STATION

Stand up Nav Station, locking helm, hinged Mahogany top with fiddle, chart storage underneath, drawer for storage, VHF overhead, (2) lights overhead, white for day time use, red for night.

Berth:  Bomar overhead opening hatch plus full-length louvered teak door allows air flow through V-berth
Double Mahogany doors with caned inserts to anchor locker, Bronze Ports (2) 12"x15" with screens

For those of us who go around, the 3-blade folding prop has the same power in reverse as forward, and easily powers Encore.  Also Encore sheers sharply toward deeper water when approaching shoal drafts of 6' or less depths.  Startles you at first, but then you figure it out and are thankful.
